Activité (et Activités)

Définition : Une tâche distincte et identifiable ou un ensemble de tâches au sein d’un projet plus important. Les activités ont un début et une fin définis, consomment des ressources et contribuent à l’objectif global du projet.

Caractéristiques :

  • Portée définie : Des limites claires indiquant ce que l’activité inclut et exclut.
  • Livrables spécifiques : Résultats ou produits tangibles qui marquent l’achèvement de l’activité.
  • Exigences en ressources : Identifie le personnel, les matériaux, l’équipement et le budget nécessaires à l’exécution de l’activité.
  • Durée : Durée estimée pour mener à bien l’activité.
  • Dépendances : Relations avec d’autres activités, indiquant quelles activités doivent être achevées avant ou après une activité particulière.

Objectif :

  • Décomposer un projet complexe en unités gérables.
  • Affecter des responsabilités pour des tâches spécifiques.
  • Suivre les progrès et identifier les retards potentiels.
  • Allouer les ressources efficacement.
  • Faciliter la communication et la coordination entre les membres de l’équipe.

Task: Imagine you're planning a surprise birthday party for your friend. Break down the party planning into individual activities. For each activity, identify:

  • Scope: What does this activity include and exclude?
  • Deliverables: What tangible outcome(s) will this activity produce?
  • Resource requirements: What personnel, materials, and budget are needed?
  • Duration: How long will this activity take?
  • Dependencies: Which other activities must be completed before or after this one?

Example:

  • Activity: Send out invitations
  • Scope: Includes designing and printing the invitations, addressing them, and mailing them. Excludes the actual planning of the party theme, date, and time.
  • Deliverables: Printed and addressed invitations.
  • Resource requirements: Invitation design software, printing paper, envelopes, stamps.
  • Duration: 1-2 days.
  • Dependencies: Must be completed after deciding on the party theme, date, and time.
