نشاط (وأنشطة)

تعريف: مهمة أو مجموعة من المهام المنفصلة والمحددة داخل مشروع أكبر. للأنشطة نقطة بداية ونهاية محددة، وتستهلك الموارد، وتساهم في تحقيق هدف المشروع بشكل عام.

الخصائص:

  • نطاق محدد: حدود واضحة تحدد ما يتضمنه النشاط وما يستبعده.
  • نتائج محددة: نتائج أو نتائج ملموسة تمثل علامة على إنجاز النشاط.
  • متطلبات الموارد: تحديد الموظفين والمواد والمعدات والميزانية اللازمة لتنفيذ النشاط.
  • المدة: الوقت المقدر لإنهاء النشاط.
  • التبعيات: علاقات مع أنشطة أخرى، مما يشير إلى الأنشطة التي يجب إكمالها قبل أو بعد نشاط معين.

الغرض:

  • تقسيم مشروع معقد إلى وحدات قابلة للإدارة.
  • تعيين المسؤولية عن مهام محددة.
  • تتبع التقدم وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة.
  • تخصيص الموارد بكفاءة.
  • تسهيل التواصل والتنسيق بين أعضاء الفريق.
