فِي عَالَمِ حَفْرِ النّفْطِ وَالْغَازِ المُعَقّد، يَلْعَبُ كُلٌّ مِنَ الْمُرَكّباتِ دَوْرًا حَيَوِيًّا فِي نَجَاحِ الْعَمَلِيّةِ. وَأَحَدُ هَذِهِ الْمُرَكّباتِ المُهِمّةِ هُوَ "مُدخَل غِلاف الحَفْر" ، وَهُوَ قِطْعَةٌ بَسِيطَةٌ ظَاهِرِيًّا لَكِنّهَا مُهِمّةٌ جِدًّا تُوصِلُ سَلْسَلَةَ الحَفْرِ بِأَعْمِدَةِ الحَفْرِ. يَعْمَلُ هَذَا الْمُدخَلُ كَجِسْرٍ ، يَضْمَنُ اتّصَالًا آمنًا وَسَلِسًا بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ الْعُنْصُرَيْنِ الْحَيَوِيَّيْنِ.

أَعْمِدَةُ الحَفْرِ هِيَ أَنَابِيبُ فُلَاذِيّةٌ ذاتُ جِدَارٍ ثَقِيلٍ مُصَمّمَةٌ لِتَوْفِيرِ الْوَزْنِ وَالثّبَاتِ لِسَلْسَلَةِ الحَفْرِ. وَتَكْمُنُ وَظِيفَتُهَا الْأَسَاسِيّةُ فِي تَوْفِيرِ وَزْنٍ كافٍ عَلَى أَدَاةِ الحَفْرِ لِتَقْطِيعِ طَبَقَاتِ الْأَرْضِ. أَنَابِيبُ الحَفْرِ ، مِنْ نَاحِيَةٍ أُخْرَى ، أَخَفٌّ وَأَكْثَرُ مَرُونَةً ، مُصَمّمَةٌ لِحَمْلِ سَائِلِ الحَفْرِ وَنَقْلِ الْعَزْمِ إِلَى أَدَاةِ الحَفْرِ.

مُدخَل غِلاف الحَفْرِ يَجْسُرُ الْفَجْوَةَ بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ الْعُنْصُرَيْنِ ، وَيَعْمَلُ كَقِطْعَةِ انْتِقَالٍ. وَتُصَنّعُ هَذِهِ الْمُدَاخِلُ عَادَةً مِنْ فُلَاذٍ عَالِيِ الْقُوّةِ ، وَتَتَمَيّزُ بِخِطٍّ ذَكَرِيٍّ فِي نِهَايَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ يَتّصِلُ بِأَنْبُوبِ الحَفْرِ ، وَخِطٍّ أُنْثَوِيٍّ فِي الْنِّهَايَةِ الْأُخْرَى يَتّصِلُ بِغِلافِ الحَفْرِ.

هُنَا تَفْصِيلٌ لِوَظَائِفِ مُدخَل غِلافِ الحَفْرِ الرّئِيسِيّةِ:

  • تَوْزِيعُ الْإِجْهَادِ: يُسَاهِمُ الْمُدخَلُ فِي تَوْزِيعِ الْوَزْنِ وَالْإِجْهَادِ مِنْ أَعْمِدَةِ الحَفْرِ إِلَى أَنْبُوبِ الحَفْرِ بِكُفَاءَةٍ ، وَيُخَفّفُ مِنْ خَطَرِ تَلَفِ أَيٍّ مِنَ الْمُرَكّباتِ.

  • سُهُولَةُ التّركِيبِ وَالْفَكّ: يُمْكِنُ تَركِيبُ الْمُدخَلِ وَفَكّهُ بِسُرْعَةٍ وَيُسْرٍ بِاسْتِخْدَامِ التّصْمِيمِ الْمُخْرَطِ ، وَمَا هُوَ إِلّا تَسْهِيلٌ لِلعَمَلِيّاتِ الْكَفِيَةِ خِلالَ عَمَلِيّةِ الحَفْرِ.
